There are a large number of percussion instruments on the Iberian Peninsula.

Most of these instruments have typically been played separately, used to accompany singing or dancing.

In this course, we have worked to bring them together and offer a unique language inspired by traditional rhythms.

In regular classes, we will learn songs from traditional folklore heritage and traditional Iberian rhythms such as ajechao, sorteao, and corrido maragato. And we'll learn to play various instruments such as the mortar, the frying pan, the tambourine, the square tambourine with a club...
