Registration and Reservations

Can I sign up if I have no experience?
Of course! Our classes are designed for adults of all levels, even if you've never played an instrument before.

We come here to have fun, release tension, and discover rhythm as a group. You'll be surprised by what you can do!

Is initial registration mandatory?

Yes, the initial registration is a one-time payment due upon registration.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No, this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

How do I book classes?

All classes require advance booking through the BSport app.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Reservations can be made up until the start of the session and up to 30 days in advance.

Does booking a class guarantee my spot?

Yes, booking guarantees your spot in the session and is a prerequisite for access to the classroom.

 

Does the School offer classes year-round, including during the summer?

Yes, the School offers classes year-round, including during the summer months (July and August), although the class schedule during these months may be adapted and differ from the schedule established for the rest of the academic year.

 

Attendance, Cancellations, and Making Up Classes

 

If I can't attend a class I've already booked, what should I do?

If I'm unable to attend, the student is required to cancel their reservation to free up space.

Are classes canceled if there are few students enrolled?

No, scheduled classes will not be canceled if there is at least one student enrolled.

What happens if my regular instructor can't attend a class?

In the absence of a regular instructor, the School will designate a substitute instructor.

If I miss a class, am I entitled to make up the class or a refund?

Student absences do not entitle students to make up classes or a refund.

 

Are there any exceptions to making up classes?

The only exception is if the School cancels the class due to force majeure.

 

Fees, Bonuses, and Payments

 

What payment methods are accepted by the School?

The only payment method accepted is debit or credit card through the BSport platform.

How does the monthly fee work?

A fixed monthly amount is established that does not vary based on holidays or the number of classes taught per month. Payment is made on the 5th of each month. If you sign up after this date, the first monthly payment will be prorated.

How does the quarterly plan work?

The quarterly plan has a fixed amount and is charged at the time of purchase and every three months on the same date.

How long are the bonuses valid?

The bonuses have a limited validity period, limited to their specific period.

When should I renew my bonus to ensure continuity and access to the benefits?

To ensure continued service, voucher renewals must be made no later than one month after their expiration date.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription in time to continue attending the School?

If I don't sign up for the subsequent subscription within this period, I will automatically lose access to the WhatsApp group and associated audiovisual materials.

Pauses, Withdrawals, and Withdrawal

 

How can I request a temporary withdrawal?

Temporary withdrawals must be notified in writing (via email or WhatsApp) at least 15 days before the next payment date. It allows you to pause payment for one month with the "maintenance fee" for personal, health, work, or travel reasons.

How can I request permanent cancellation?

Notice of permanent cancellation must be made in writing at least 15 days before the next fee payment date.

What happens if I don't meet the cancellation notification deadlines?

If I don't meet the deadlines, the next monthly payment will be charged, with no refund available.

Management Fees and Late Payments

Are there any late fees for changes or late cancellations?

Yes, managing a payment method change or late cancellation will incur a 4% fee plus a flat rate of €3.

Are refunds possible?

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional, duly justified circumstances, and the aforementioned management fees (4% + €3) will apply.

What happens if my payment is late?

The School will make up to five automatic collection attempts. If the late payment persists, access to classes will be suspended. In the event of repeated non-payment, an additional €5 surcharge will be applied as management fees.

 

Changes to the Academic Program

 

Can the School change the schedule, content, or teachers?

Yes, the School reserves the right to make adjustments to the content, schedule, dates, levels, or faculty assignments to ensure the quality of the course.

How will I be notified of changes to the schedule?

Any changes will be communicated to students through email notifications in the internal reservation system.

Use of Materials and Facilities

 

Do I have to bring my own instrument?
No! We provide everything.
You just need to come with enthusiasm and energy!

 

Are the School's teaching materials for personal or group use?

The materials provided by the School are for group use.

Am I responsible if I damage the School's materials?

Yes, the student is responsible for the care and proper use of said materials. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the responsible student, who will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

Can I relocate materials or access the practice rooms without supervision?

No, relocation of materials and access to the practice rooms without faculty supervision are prohibited.

 

Code of Conduct and Coexistence

 

What kind of environment does the School promote?

An atmosphere of mutual respect and tolerance is promoted among all members of the educational community.

What behaviors are prohibited at the School?

Offensive, discriminatory, homophobic, sexist, or racist behavior is strictly prohibited.

What happens if I do not comply with the rules of coexistence?

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary measures, including expulsion without the right to a refund of fees paid.

Personal Data Protection

 

How is my personal data processed at the School?

The personal data provided by students will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current Spanish legislation.

Responsibilities of the School and the Student

 

Is the School responsible for personal or property damage during training activities?

No, students participate in all training activities at their own risk. The School assumes no liability for personal or property damage that may arise from the activity.

 

Is the School responsible for my personal belongings if they are lost or stolen?

No, the School is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings within its facilities.
