In our salsa classes, you'll learn to develop a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of the movement, rhythm, and musicality characteristic of Caribbean styles.
We'll work on everything from body connection to musical interpretation, combining technique, coordination, and expression so you can dance with confidence and fluidity.
In class, we work on:
Individual technique (footwork)
Partner work and connection
Musicality and rhythmic phrasing
Coordination, turns, and figures
Posture and style
Interpretation and dynamics of movement
Our methodology is progressive and accessible to all levels, guaranteeing effective learning for both beginners and those looking to perfect their dancing.
Furthermore, we foster a friendly and social environment where you can meet people with similar interests and enjoy the process of learning through the rhythm and energy of the group.
Throughout the year, the school offers events and activities where you can put what you've learned into practice: dress rehearsals, weekend outings, performances and festivals, as well as immersive trips to Senegal and Brazil, shared with students from across the school.
